Every Friday we order food from a restaurant. A little “we made it through the week” celebration. A few weeks ago we tried a local place for the second time–first time was not the greatest, but this time was fantastic! I got a BBQ Chicken pizza from them and liked it so much that I decided we needed to make one at home.

I cooked the chicken in the Instant Pot for 40 minutes with leftover jalapeno juice and some Bragg Organic Seasoning that we mistakenly got when we ordered Instacart a while ago. Cooking it for so long makes it easier to shred. Though, I usually use a mixer and just let it shred it for me.
When the chicken is almost done, you can get the dough ready. I haven’t had any luck getting my family to like homemade bread or pizza dough, so I stick with store bought. I used Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust the few times I’ve made it. Just follow the instructions, flatten it out as thin as you want on a cookie sheet, cook it for 10 minutes at 350, etc.
While you’re cooking the pizza crust, mix Kraft BBQ sauce with the shredded chicken, about 1/2-1 cup. When the pizza crust is done, spread the remaining BBQ sauce on the pizza crust. Then top with chopped cilantro, sliced red onion, shredded chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
Follow the directions for the pizza crust and cook it for another 10 mins.
Then, enjoy!
